You will partner with deployment and CRM operations team members to identify, build, and enhance CRM systems, playing a crucial role in project kickoffs and solution architecture. You will clarify and capture requirements to build both ad-hoc and automated communications, performing peer reviews and quality assurance to meet high standards. You will communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, and campaign results with global CRM team members and product teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
