What you'll do
As a Critical Trust & Safety Response Agent, you will be the first point of contact for urgent incidents reported through the Uber platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing incoming reports, documenting conversations with reporting parties, and categorizing incidents for further investigation. You will engage with drivers, riders, and other stakeholders, ensuring that you gather all necessary details to understand the context of each incident. Your role will require you to balance emotional self-regulation with empathy, establishing a supportive relationship with those involved. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and following up on cases as needed, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional support.
