You have 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a commercial, analytical, or operations-focused role — you are confident in making data-driven decisions and understand how to leverage insights to drive business outcomes. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and you thrive in environments where you can advocate for partners and drive mutual success.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. You are comfortable managing budgets and ensuring efficiency while consistently achieving revenue targets. Your experience in post-sales management equips you with the ability to support a diverse partner base effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead scalable growth initiatives for the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment, designing and executing growth strategies that align with territory-specific needs. You will own revenue growth for the SMB segment by driving product adoption, upselling new features, and improving retention through mutual business value. You will set, track, and report on performance metrics for the segment, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
You will act as the voice of SMB restaurant partners internally, translating their needs into actionable insights and advocating on their behalf across teams. Your ability to leverage data, automation, and scalable processes will be critical in ensuring restaurant partners are successful on the platform while driving improvements in key business metrics for both partners and Uber Eats.
