You possess familiarity with property management or scheduling field service teams, which equips you to handle the complexities of coordinating multiple types of tours and inspections. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage all tours and inspections scheduling operations in designated U.S. markets. You will monitor new listings and ensure Open Home tours are scheduled within 2 days of publication. Your responsibilities will include coordinating various types of tours, such as Open Home, Private, Occupied, and Virtual, while aligning with peak time windows and lead preferences.

You will manually add and invite leads from various platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for potential residents and internal tour hosts. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing the logistics of inspections and coordinating coverage with 1099 contractors and third-party vendors.
