Who you are
You have a strong background in managing teams and driving post-sales success, particularly in the SMB restaurant sector. Your experience includes developing strategies that enhance partner relationships and improve retention and revenue growth. You understand the importance of translating partner needs into actionable insights and have a knack for building strong relationships across organizations.
You are skilled at leading teams to achieve performance targets and have a proven track record of upselling product features to drive mutual growth. Your ability to act as the voice of the customer internally ensures that partner feedback is effectively communicated and acted upon. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with various teams to design and implement growth initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing post-sales partner relationships within a high-value SMB restaurant portfolio. You will own team performance metrics, ensuring that strong partner relationships translate into measurable outcomes such as retention and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue and retention targets through upselling new product features and creating mutually beneficial growth strategies.
You will act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs and feedback into actionable insights that inform internal strategies. Building a strong understanding of the restaurant industry will be crucial as you foster positive relationships across partner organizations. You will design and lead growth initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams, setting, tracking, and reporting on partner performance to ensure success.
