WalkMe is hiring a Partner Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor to their delivery partners, helping them leverage WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform. This role requires strong understanding of partner go-to-market strategies and digital adoption impacts.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partner management or customer success, ideally with experience in technology or digital adoption platforms. You understand the importance of post-sales delivery and have a knack for building relationships that drive value for both partners and clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and coach partners on leveraging technology will be key to your success in this role. You are analytical and can assess how digital adoption can enhance value propositions and business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success. Desirable

What you'll do
