Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner management, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry — you've successfully managed diverse portfolios and understand the nuances of working with both large international chains and smaller regional groups. Your commercial mindset drives you to seek out opportunities for account expansion and renewals, ensuring that every partner achieves their specific business goals.

You are results-driven and possess excellent communication skills — you can effectively articulate strategies and insights to partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration. Your ability to analyze data and understand key performance indicators, such as TrevPAR, allows you to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each partner.

What you'll do

As the Partner Success Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Partner Success and take full commercial ownership of your assigned accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a balanced portfolio of global and regional hotel chains, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while driving growth. You will develop a deep understanding of Plusgrade's products to effectively guide partners in maximizing their revenue potential.

You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities for account expansion and renewals, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored support that aligns with their business goals. Your role will involve regular communication with partners, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data to help them succeed in a competitive market.
