Who you are

You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, you are either a recent graduate or in your final year of study. Your intermediate English skills (B1+) allow you to communicate effectively with diverse partners. You are passionate about food and technology, and you enjoy negotiating to create win-win partnerships.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants. You are proactive in building relationships and have a knack for making a great first impression. Your ability to clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats makes you an ambassador for the brand, and you take pride in helping restaurants succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβ€”making at least 50 dials per dayβ€”and in-person meetings to establish strong working relationships. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota, and you will proactively build your pipeline by managing and hitting weekly metrics.

You will create a great first impression as you act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, developing long-term partnerships with restaurant owners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to ensure sustainable economics for both parties. You will collaborate with your team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics that resonate with local businesses.
