You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, you are eager to help small and medium restaurants grow their business with Uber Eats. Your intermediate English skills allow you to communicate effectively with partners and colleagues alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy negotiating to create win-win partnerships.
You have experience using Salesforce and Google Suite, which helps you manage your pipeline efficiently. Your strong communication skills enable you to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for the Uber Eats brand. You are driven by metrics and enjoy the challenge of exceeding your monthly sales quota.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβmaking at least 50 dials per dayβand in-person meetings to establish relationships with restaurant owners. Your ability to clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats will be crucial in developing long-term partnerships.
You will manage contract negotiations to ensure sustainable economics for both Uber and the restaurant partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline, hitting weekly metrics through proactive outreach. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies that benefit both Uber Eats and its partners.
