You have extensive experience in People Operations, ideally with a focus on service delivery and employee experience. Your leadership style is motivational and you excel at coaching teams to achieve operational excellence. You are data-driven, with a knack for analyzing service data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate global People Operations strategies into actionable plans that align with regional business needs. You are passionate about fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional services to employees.
What you'll do
As the Head of People Operations, you will manage and motivate a regional team across Tier 2 service delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for all employees. You will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded while addressing issues efficiently and in line with organizational policies and local regulations. You will champion a seamless and integrated experience across all tiers of People Operations, promoting an employee-first mindset.
You will lead regional and global process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize resource collaboration. Your role will involve promoting the adoption of AI and other innovative technologies to create simple, intuitive experiences for employees. You will also be responsible for driving continuous optimization of service delivery, ensuring that the team is equipped with intelligent solutions for complex inquiries.
