What you'll do

As the Head of People Operations, you will lead the optimization of HR processes and systems across Point72. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining standardized HR processes that support the organization’s growth and efficiency. Collaborating closely with the CHRO and technology leadership, you will own the HR technology roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and enhances the employee experience.

You will drive high-quality HR operations through continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on creating scalable and compliant solutions. Your role will involve acting as the primary business owner for HR systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will also prioritize listening to the needs of employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration.
