Who you are

You have a solid background in identity and access management, with experience administering enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SailPoint IIQ. You understand the importance of secure and compliant access across enterprise platforms and are committed to operational excellence through automation and AI-driven workflows.

You are skilled in developing automation scripts and bot flows using Python and PowerShell, and you have experience integrating IAM workflows with AI-powered chatbots or RPA frameworks. Your analytical mindset allows you to utilize AI/ML-based insights to detect anomalies in identity behavior and enforce Zero Trust principles effectively.

You are detail-oriented and ensure accuracy in user lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management. You are comfortable monitoring IAM systems using dashboards and metrics like Tableau and Jira, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance system performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer and maintain enterprise IAM platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access across various systems. You will manage user lifecycle operations, focusing on accuracy and compliance with service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include developing automation scripts to streamline IAM tasks, such as user onboarding and access certification.

You will integrate IAM workflows with AI-powered chatbots to enable self-service access requests, reducing manual intervention and improving user experience. Additionally, you will implement and maintain automated incident response playbooks to address IAM-related issues efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with Security, IT, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable identity services, ensuring that the IAM ecosystem aligns with organizational goals. Your role will also involve monitoring IAM systems and utilizing insights to enhance security measures and operational efficiency.
