You have a deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automations. You are skilled in managing the Atlassian toolchain, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and remains reliable. Your experience with AI-powered applications and Rovo Agents demonstrates your ability to leverage emerging technologies to augment user productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Jira and Confluence to meet the needs of the organization. You will own and support the Atlassian toolchain, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your work will involve developing deep integrations using Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs, as well as third-party APIs, to facilitate smooth data flow and automation across platforms.

You will create and maintain dashboards, filters, queries, and reports that provide operational insights and support decision-making processes. Your role will also include building AI-powered applications that automate workflows and enhance user productivity within the Atlassian products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable and efficient, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
