You have 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, adept at designing and developing scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements. Your expertise in the ServiceNow platform allows you to deliver high-quality solutions across various Integrated Risk Management modules, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You are familiar with leveraging generative AI capabilities to automate workflows and improve agent efficiency, contributing to the platform's maturity through disciplined release management and secure integrations.

You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with product owners, business analysts, and architects to ensure that the solutions you develop align with business needs. Your experience includes managing and maintaining ServiceNow IRM modules, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient entity creation and risk assessment workflows. You are committed to following best practices in ServiceNow development, ensuring that the platform remains stable and performant.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, including Issue Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Audit Management. You will oversee the operations of these modules, ensuring efficient entity creation and managing risk assessment workflows. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing advanced indicators in compliance management and facilitating issue remediation flows.

You will contribute to the development of reusable patterns and secure API-driven integrations, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is well-integrated within Uber's broader technical ecosystem. You will also be involved in enhancing and maintaining the platform, leveraging Now Assist and generative AI capabilities to automate workflows and enable intelligent self-service.
