You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure business continuity. You have a strong grasp of data governance and performance metrics, ensuring that your team's activities align with key performance indicators. You are skilled in workflow optimization, overseeing pipeline management and execution of core activities to ensure efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of SMB Merchant Onboarding Specialists, focusing on their daily productivity and professional development. You will establish regular performance reviews and strategic cadences with Sales Leadership, presenting aggregated team results and actionable insights. You will partner closely with Delivery Commercial Operations and Merchant Operations teams to translate merchant feedback into concrete requirements for process improvements. As the escalation point for complex onboarding issues, you will work with cross-functional teams to solve systemic challenges. You will ensure that your team's activities align with key performance indicators and monitor process performance metrics. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of core activities, including account setup and partner training, ensuring standardized workflows.
