You have a background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in onboarding processes and merchant integration. You possess strong judgment and systems thinking skills, enabling you to navigate complex operational challenges effectively. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to drive seamless merchant experiences. You understand the importance of creating scalable systems that enhance merchant onboarding and support their growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and execution of DoorDash's merchant integration experience. You will help merchants connect their POS or inventory management systems to the DoorDash marketplace, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy onboarding flows to a unified, self-serve model. You will design operating frameworks that support hybrid onboarding states, ensuring consistent merchant experiences and clear internal ownership. You will partner with various teams to determine the best approach for self-serve onboarding and operationalize the transition without disrupting merchants or internal teams. Your work will directly impact how DoorDash empowers local businesses to grow and thrive in the marketplace.
