What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the Marketplace Matching Simulation team, ensuring alignment on architecture and responsibilities across platforms. You will work closely with your team to define the broader architecture for the logistics matching platform, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for meaningful improvements. Your focus will be on driving alignment between teams and raising the bar on engineering best practices within your organization.
You will oversee the development of systems that simulate the Uber Marketplace, providing critical validation for algorithms that drive the business. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that the team adheres to high standards of software quality. You will also collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the technical solutions align with business objectives.
