You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on payments and merchant enablement. You understand the complexities of delivering a seamless experience for both merchants and customers, and you have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will help you drive product decisions that enhance merchant success and fulfillment quality. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating product vision and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across operations, data science, design, engineering, and marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of diverse users.
Desirable
Experience in grocery or retail sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and fraud prevention in payment systems. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement in product performance.
What you'll do
As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Uber's Grocery & Retail Delivery Experience. You will lead a team focused on three major areas: Merchant Success, Payments & Fraud, and Restricted Item Compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and account management teams to understand merchant pain points and develop solutions that enhance their performance on the platform. You will also work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the tools you develop meet the needs of merchants and provide a delightful experience for consumers. You will be expected to drive initiatives that improve fulfillment quality and reduce costs, ultimately contributing to the growth of Uber's marketplace.
