You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally within the retail or FMCG sectors. Your background equips you with the knowledge to understand the unique challenges and goals of grocery and retail partners, allowing you to provide strategic guidance effectively. You excel in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, and you thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork is essential. Your analytical skills enable you to manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both your partners and Deliveroo. You are proactive in identifying new business opportunities and adept at upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of important grocery and retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and their business goals are achieved. You will act as the main point of contact for these partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with various internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, you will guide the development and implementation of customized solutions tailored to meet partners' needs.
