You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector β you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and have a knack for building relationships with enterprise clients. You are results-oriented and thrive in a competitive environment, always looking for ways to exceed your goals and maximize your earnings potential.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the technical value and business impact of solutions effectively β you can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partners and distributors, enables you to co-sell and strategize effectively, driving rapid growth in your territory.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute a go-to-market plan for your designated patch, focusing on building a robust pipeline and driving bookings growth. You will relentlessly prospect and generate new opportunities through self-sourced activities, demonstrating your ability to land and expand new enterprise logos. Navigating complex buying cycles will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to drive high-value outcomes for your clients.
You will present Rubrikβs platform in complex IT and data center environments, articulating both the technical value and business impact of our solutions. Acting as the entrepreneur of your territory, you will identify opportunities, adapt quickly, and shape the strategy to succeed in a new market. Your feedback will be invaluable to management as you provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
