Who you are

You have 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, designing and developing scalable solutions that meet complex business and operational requirements. Your expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and core platform capabilities allows you to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs. You are skilled in leveraging Now Assist and generative AI capabilities to automate workflows and improve agent efficiency, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform remains stable and performant.

You understand the importance of disciplined release management and reusable development patterns, and you are adept at secure, API-driven integrations. Your ability to evaluate business and technical requirements against ServiceNow platform capabilities enables you to design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product owners, business analysts, and architects to achieve project goals.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and platform DevOps is a plus, as you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting these processes for the ServiceNow platform. Your familiarity with source control integration, automated testing, and application lifecycle management will contribute to the platform's maturity and success.

What you'll do

Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the platform remains compliant and well-integrated within Uber’s broader technical ecosystem. You will be expected to maintain a high level of performance and stability for the ServiceNow platform, contributing to its overall maturity and effectiveness.
