Who you are
You have 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, designing and developing scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements. Your expertise in ServiceNow allows you to configure and support various applications, ensuring they align with best practices and development standards. You are skilled in leveraging Now Assist and generative AI capabilities to automate workflows and enhance agent productivity, contributing to the overall maturity of the platform.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with product owners, business analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions across various ServiceNow applications, including HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery. Your ability to implement disciplined release management and reusable development patterns ensures that the ServiceNow platform remains stable and compliant within Uber's technical ecosystem.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop end-to-end solutions across Employee Workflows, focusing on case/request experiences and fulfillment automation. You will implement Now Assist capabilities to drive self-service and agent productivity, training and evaluating AI model responses for real-world scenarios. Your responsibilities will include configuring the Virtual Agent and ensuring seamless integrations with enterprise systems.
You will contribute to the platform's maturity by following best practices in development and release management, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is performant and well-integrated. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, continuously seeking ways to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience.
