What you'll do
In this role, you will architect the Global Seasonal Engine, designing and leading the end-to-end CRM roadmap for various retail moments such as Lunar New Year and Black Friday. You will create a repeatable global framework that drives merchant adoption of ads and promotional tools, ensuring that they are ready to perform when it matters most.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize commercial impact. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and continuously refining your approach based on data insights. You will also be responsible for building a sophisticated CRM engine that guides merchants in enhancing their visibility through strategic, merchant-funded ads and offers.
