Who you are
You have a strong background in partner marketing and deal strategy, ideally with experience in the B2B sector. Your ability to influence marketing-related components of partner negotiations is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are adept at driving measurable business impact through strategic initiatives.
You possess a keen understanding of go-to-market strategies and have successfully executed integrated campaigns that resonate with both partners and customers. Your experience working closely with sales and business development teams has equipped you with the insights needed to support deal strategy from a marketing perspective. You are comfortable navigating complex environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead strategic co-marketing initiatives with key restaurant partners, focusing on Uber B2B Delivery. You will partner with Sales and Business Development to support deal strategy, including go-to-market planning and value propositions. Your influence will extend to marketing-related components of partner negotiations, where you will help shape budget allocations and activation plans. You will collaborate closely with Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for bringing partner use cases to life through integrated campaigns, events, and customer storytelling. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally, engaging with various teams to align on goals and strategies. You will also be expected to measure the impact of your initiatives, using data to inform future marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
