You possess strong communication skills that enable you to create scalable playbooks, including pitches and objection handling techniques — your ability to articulate complex ideas clearly helps empower teams to sell with confidence and clarity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a Go-to-Market strategy that connects marketing and sales efforts — your focus will be on creating narratives and tools that help commercial teams effectively communicate the value of Uber's platform to restaurant partners. You will collaborate closely with marketing, commercial operations, and sales enablement to ensure that all messaging is aligned and impactful.

You will establish an internal rollout program to train commercial teams on new product narratives and improvements — this will involve creating materials that empower teams to lead with value and tell a unified story.
