You have a strong background in marketing operations, with experience in designing and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive growth outcomes. Your understanding of marketing mechanics and user behavior allows you to create effective strategies that resonate with customers. You are data-driven, applying insights from past campaigns and A/B tests to continuously optimize promotions and communications. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across sales, operations, and marketing to deliver impactful results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and own merchant-focused co-marketing campaigns that drive platform growth outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies, including value propositions, messaging, and timing. Managing consumer communications across in-app and owned channels will be a key responsibility, ensuring that messaging is relevant and clear across different user contexts.

You will apply data and experimentation learnings to optimize promotions and communications continuously. By interpreting campaign and platform performance data, you will generate actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Monitoring the market and competitive landscape will inform your campaign strategy and prioritization, allowing you to stay ahead of trends and customer needs.
