What you'll do

As the Logistic Network Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Uber Direct's logistics business — you will oversee the strategic expansion of the last-mile fleet and micro-hub network, ensuring that operations are efficient and effective. You will work closely with operations teams and fleet partners to support business growth while maintaining high standards of delivery quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing network expansion plans, collaborating with Sales and Account Management to assess market needs, and leading initiatives that enhance service-level excellence.

You will report to the Head of Operations and partner with various teams to ensure that all logistics operations align with Uber Direct's strategic objectives. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, enabling you to drive continuous enhancements in operational processes. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the logistics project squad.
