What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the charge in scaling the 4-wheeler Premium supply across Latin America. You will proactively identify and address bottlenecks in earner growth, prioritizing initiatives that align with long-term strategic objectives. Your project management skills will be put to the test as you plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining clear timelines and deliverables. You will also focus on activating key growth levers, such as incentive structures and onboarding optimizations, to ensure a sustainable earner growth for our diverse portfolio. Your data analysis skills will be crucial as you get into the details of performance metrics, ensuring that every strategy is informed by rigorous diagnostics. You will collaborate with teams in Central Operations, Global Product, Community Operations, and Marketing to deliver impactful solutions that drive growth.
