What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the expansion of Uber's financial operations in LATAM, focusing on increasing consumer engagement among riders and eaters. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Mobility and Delivery, Strategy & Planning, Business Development, Product, and Tech, to implement strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and solving operational issues, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that project timelines are met. You will also analyze data to inform strategic decisions and prioritize projects that enhance the user experience with Uber's financial products.

You will take ownership of the growth of financial products in the region, working to provide competitive offerings that meet the needs of consumers. Your role will involve continuous improvement of services, ensuring that they align with Uber's mission to create a magical experience for users. You will be expected to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization.
