Uber is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for their Family Riders initiative in São Paulo. You'll lead regional efforts to grow the Family business, working closely with local and global teams. This role requires strong project and stakeholder management skills and 5+ years of experience.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in a regional context, where you've successfully led initiatives that require collaboration across diverse teams. Your strong project management skills enable you to oversee complex projects while maintaining alignment among various stakeholders. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities in challenging environments.

You excel in building and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your analytical skills allow you to forecast and monitor key performance indicators effectively, helping to drive business growth. You are proactive in understanding risks and opportunities, generating actionable recommendations that consider the broader business context.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead regional efforts to grow the Family business, focusing on Teens and Seniors in Latin America. You will work closely with local operations teams and global product teams to influence roadmaps and priorities, ensuring that the Family Profiles initiative is well-integrated into Uber's overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a comprehensive view of the Family business across the region, helping to define strategic directions for growth, conversion, and retention.

You will leverage your project management skills to identify value-generating challenges and organize them with clear milestones and deliverables. You will execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly while keeping diverse team members aligned and on track. Additionally, you will forecast and monitor OKRs related to business growth, providing insights and recommendations to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities.
