You are a strategic, execution-focused problem solver with a strong background in operations and compliance. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy using data to clarify ambiguity. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve user experiences. You have a keen understanding of labor regulations and how they impact operational workflows. You are proactive in identifying pain points and leading initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention among delivery partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and manage operational workflows that align with labor-related requirements, including registration, contract terminations, social security payments, and benefits delivery. You will proactively identify pain points in the delivery partner experience and lead initiatives to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Collaborating closely with Legal, Policy, Product, Support, and Territory Operations teams, you will translate regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant processes. You will use SQL, Google Sheets, and internal tools to analyze data, reconcile operations, and prepare structured reports for regulatory systems. Monitoring and reporting on operational and compliance metrics will be key, as you will flag risks early and recommend effective solutions.
