Who you are
As Harvey's first Talent Research hire, you will be the driving force behind executive-level sourcing and talent mapping for the organization. You thrive in ambiguity and push for excellence, helping to shape the future of work alongside a motivated team. You possess a deep understanding of sourcing methodologies and market intelligence, enabling you to identify and engage top talent for high-priority Director+ level searches. Your ability to operate as an internal search firm will be crucial in building a strong leadership team that aligns with Harvey's mission and values.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sourcing efforts for executive-level positions, utilizing your expertise to identify and attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Your work will involve conducting market research, talent mapping, and building relationships with potential candidates to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
