Your communication skills are stellar, allowing you to interface easily with executives and stakeholders across various business units. You possess excellent business acumen, enabling you to quickly grasp complex and shifting hiring needs. You thrive under pressure and can navigate ambiguity with ease, making you a calm and effective recruiter.
You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to assess candidates against the specific needs of the organization. As a self-starter, you also value teamwork and collaboration, understanding that the best results come from working closely with others.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the worldβs most sought-after executives at Uber on a global scale. You will support the Executive Leadership Team in hiring for Director+ roles across the Technology team, ensuring that the recruitment process is aligned with Uber's strategic goals.
You will oversee tech executive hiring and be a key member of the Global Executive Technical Recruiting team, helping to innovate and scale the capabilities of Uber's recruitment services. Your understanding of senior leadership dynamics will be crucial in identifying and engaging with potential candidates who can drive the company's success.
You will collaborate closely with various business units to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve not only sourcing and interviewing candidates but also providing insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team based on your assessments.
