What you'll do

In this role, you will steer marketplace performance by owning key pricing, supply, and demand levers to ensure that cities meet their plan commitments while maintaining strong service quality for both riders and drivers. You will drive high-impact projects that improve marketplace health, optimize economics, or unlock operational efficiencies, taking work from analysis to execution with clear accountability. You will enable cross-functional alignment by partnering closely with Operations, CommOps, Safety, Policy, and other teams to coordinate city-level actions, resolve trade-offs, and ensure cohesive execution across the business. You will provide analytical and strategic guidance by delivering insights, recommendations, and structured problem-solving to enhance overall performance.
