What you'll do

In this role, you will own the growth and PnL of the US and Canada gifting team, proactively seeking creative solutions to growth challenges. You will perform analysis and experiments to identify growth opportunities for Uber's financial products, ensuring high-quality experiences for users. Your responsibilities will include scaling new and existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

You will collaborate closely with regional business leads and tech stakeholders to manage gifting operations across multiple verticals, including gift cards, physical items, and subscriptions. Your insights will guide incentive programs and help shape the overall strategy for the gifting team. You will also be responsible for analyzing transaction data and financial product features to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
