What you'll do

In this role, you will own and scale Uber's Gifting program across the US and Canada, driving the end-to-end strategy and performance. You will be accountable for the Gifting P&L and day-to-day operations, ensuring that growth targets are met. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to evaluate new initiatives and manage third-party relationships.

Your responsibilities will include developing clear priorities based on daily performance insights and market trends. You will lead efforts to enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities for growth across various channels. Success in this role requires a keen ability to align executional details with a cohesive strategy that drives results.
