Who you are
You have a strong background in performance marketing with a focus on SEM and bidding strategies — your analytical skills allow you to develop and refine automated and manual bidding strategies effectively. You take ownership of your work and can execute initiatives independently, ensuring high-quality results without heavy oversight.
Your experience includes working with major paid search platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads — you understand how to leverage smart bidding and portfolio strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA) efficiency. You continuously monitor auction insights and trends to maintain competitiveness in the market.
You are proficient in implementing and managing tracking pixels, tags, and data integrations using tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Analytics — your technical skills enable you to collaborate effectively with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and shareability across platforms.
You have experience building dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Excel, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI — your ability to deliver actionable insights from SEM data helps drive strategic decisions within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop, execute, and refine bidding strategies across various paid search platforms, focusing on SEM and Product Listing Ads (PLAs). You will leverage advanced bidding techniques to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS and CPA efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring auction insights and CPC trends to ensure competitiveness in the market.
You will implement and manage tracking pixels and data integrations, collaborating closely with engineering and analytics teams to maintain accurate data pipelines. Establishing standardized data-sharing frameworks with stakeholders will be crucial to drive transparency and unified performance measurement.
You will build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time insights into SEM performance, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally with various teams to align digital strategies with business goals, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall company strategy.
