Who you are

You have 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid search and Shopping campaigns — you've successfully managed campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, demonstrating your ability to drive performance improvements independently. Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to monitor and report on key campaign metrics effectively, ensuring that you can flag performance risks or opportunities proactively.

You take ownership of your work and thrive in a collaborative environment — working cross-functionally with teams in creative, analytics, and product, you ensure that digital strategies align with business goals. Your proactive nature means you stay current on SEM industry trends and algorithm changes, regularly bringing new ideas to the table to enhance campaign performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will independently manage and optimize SEM and Shopping campaigns, ensuring continuous performance improvements across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Merchant Center. You will execute keyword research, A/B testing for ad copy, and make adjustments to bidding strategies and budget pacing with minimal oversight. Regular audits of product feeds will be part of your responsibilities, as you identify enhancements to drive Shopping campaign success.

You will assist with monthly, weekly, and quarterly performance reporting and competitive benchmarking, ensuring that your insights contribute to the overall strategy. Your ability to analyze and report on key campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR will be crucial in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts. You will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with Uber's broader business objectives.
