Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience building products for mobile apps — you've designed user interfaces that are not only functional but also engaging and user-friendly. Your proficiency with Figma or similar design tools allows you to create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.

Your ability to maintain consistency across platforms and surfaces is key to your design philosophy — you leverage design languages and patterns to create cohesive user experiences. You are comfortable presenting your work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design process, giving and soliciting feedback to continually raise the bar for quality within your team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Membership team, you will contribute to the vision and strategy of the team, focusing on the Uber One subscription program. You will tackle challenges and work on innovative ideas that transform how users interact with Uber and Uber Eats. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring that the design solutions you create resonate with a global audience.

You will be responsible for crafting and shipping delightful experiences that cater to over 40 million members worldwide. Your work will involve iterating on designs based on real-time user feedback and learnings, allowing you to adapt and evolve your strategies in a rapidly growing environment. You will also present your designs to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of the design intent.
