What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the program roadmap for Uber's Global Data Governance efforts, focusing on scaling processes and technology projects that improve data quality and reduce costs. You will run a data-driven requirement process to garner consensus and resource a prioritized project roadmap within a broader global program portfolio. Your responsibilities will include documenting current state business processes globally and collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and implement improvements.
You will act as the primary liaison between regional operations teams, product teams, and IT engineering, ensuring alignment on data governance strategies. Your day-to-day activities will involve scoping and prioritizing data requirements, designing intelligent dashboards, and creating systems alerts to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in driving insights and establishing governance within Uber Delivery's business operations.
