Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in technology-driven environments. You understand how to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from definition through execution, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives. Your technical acumen allows you to partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance user experiences. You are skilled in managing globally distributed teams and vendors, driving operational excellence while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey program status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders through regular updates and business reviews. Your ability to establish mechanisms for continuous improvement through performance analysis and experimentation is a key asset. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for managing program budgets while driving cost-efficiency initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define program scope, OKRs, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and product goals. You will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations. Your responsibilities will include driving operational excellence and execution rigor across Maps and Autonomous Vehicle-related charters. You will manage program budgets and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement through performance analysis and experimentation.
You will communicate program status, risks, and outcomes through regular updates and business reviews with senior stakeholders. Your role will require you to partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver insights that improve models and identify failure points. You will also be responsible for leading large-scale programs from definition through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
