What you'll do

In this role, you will translate client Statements of Work (SOWs) into executable programs, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and quality control frameworks. You will be responsible for solving operational bottlenecks in real-time, whether they involve participant churn, equipment issues, or low-quality submissions. Your focus will be on ensuring program delivery and success while building processes and systems that help scale data collection programs systematically. You will monitor collection KPIs and provide progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Your role will also involve ensuring that data meets specifications and surpasses accuracy thresholds while complying with privacy and consent laws globally.
