What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the Earner Line of Business (LOB) in daily operations, focusing on metrics excellence and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate with both internal and external service providers to drive efficiency and continuous performance improvement. Leading various project initiatives, you will define project scopes and milestones while managing resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to surface customer and process insights that inform recommendations for business owners and central teams. You will liaise with senior stakeholders and engage local and regional stakeholders to scale the business through operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Uber Eats delivery partners receive the support they need to succeed, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
