You have 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business insights, or operations strategy — you've successfully translated complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your proficiency in data analytics allows you to work comfortably with large datasets, ensuring that you can synthesize trends and inform product fit effectively. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work closely with program specialists and enablement teams to embed insights into actions across various lines of business. Your adaptability and impact-driven mindset make you a valuable asset in high-visibility roles.
Desirable
Experience in the mobility or delivery sectors is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these areas. Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies will enhance your ability to conduct deep dives based on support ticket analysis and qualitative signals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own end-to-end strategic projects that enhance consumer experience across Uber's mobility and delivery businesses in Taiwan. You will conduct VoC deep dives, analyzing support tickets and customer feedback to synthesize trends that inform rollout success and product fit. Your insights will guide product rollout tracking and play a critical role in R&A spend control. You will collaborate with other program specialists and enablement teams to ensure that insights are effectively integrated into local actions, helping teams move quickly with clarity and data. Additionally, you will build quarterly insight decks for senior leadership, driving strategic conversations that shape the future of Uber's operations in Taiwan.
