You have a strong background in research and insights management, with experience in program management and data analysis. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with data scientists, to optimize tracking tools and processes. You are a proactive problem solver who can design scalable processes that enhance data accessibility and usability for the broader research team. Your analytical skills allow you to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across various departments.
Desirable
Experience in managing global tracking programs and familiarity with data visualization tools would be advantageous. You are comfortable teaching others how to leverage data tools effectively and have a knack for connecting the dots between different data sources to derive meaningful insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the operational excellence of Uberβs global tracking programs, ensuring data quality and consistency across all markets. You will manage processes with the Data Science team to deliver timely insights that inform marketing, product, and operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing processes that enable the Research team to easily access and analyze tracking data. You will act as a lead analyst, conducting your own research and synthesizing findings to influence global decisions. You will also partner with Data Science to define requirements for dashboards and automated reporting pipelines, ensuring that critical metrics are readily available for self-service.
