You understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights that can influence strategy. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. You thrive in a flexible work environment and are comfortable working remotely while staying connected with your team.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with grocery retail dynamics. You may have a background in market research or consumer insights, which will help you understand the nuances of customer behavior in the grocery space.
What you'll do
As an Insights Manager II at Instacart, you will partner closely with various teams to analyze and interpret data that drives growth for our grocery retail partners. You will be responsible for developing insights that inform strategic decisions, helping to shape the direction of our partnerships. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure that insights are integrated into our overall strategy.
