You have a minimum of 3 years of experience solving complex analytical problems, ideally in tech, consulting, or a data-driven role. Your analytical skills are proven, allowing you to analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights. You possess a strong problem-solving mindset, approaching challenges with critical thinking and a structured, data-informed approach. Adaptability is one of your strengths, as you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with various teams.

What you'll do

As a Marketplace Fraud Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of Uber's platform. You will monitor trends by analyzing marketplace data to identify emerging abuse patterns and potential risks. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you use a data-driven approach to detect unusual behavior, recommend solutions, and evaluate the best course of action. You will implement prevention strategies by designing and executing scalable processes that reduce fraudulent activity and protect platform integrity. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with Product, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams to align efforts and continuously improve fraud prevention mechanisms.
