You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of the restaurant industry and have successfully driven sales strategies that result in significant growth. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to inform your strategies. You possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in the food delivery or restaurant sector is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
What you'll do
As the Territory Sales Lead, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to your territory. You will own the end-to-end acquisition process for SMB and Mid-Market restaurants, which includes qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals. Your role will involve building a high-performing sales team, where you will hire, coach, and lead a group of 5-7 sales Account Executives. You will drive strong sales discipline through KPIs and ensure your team consistently exceeds monthly and quarterly goals.
You will engage directly with high-priority prospects and strategic restaurant groups to unlock growth opportunities. By mastering sales frameworks and leveraging tools like Salesforce, you will ensure your team follows structured processes that maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for crafting a territory plan that grows the pipeline and accelerates win rates.
