Verkada is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to drive team readiness and productivity in the LATAM market. You'll design and deliver scalable programs tailored for the region. This role requires deep Enterprise Sales insight and leadership skills.

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, ideally with experience in the LATAM market — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this region and are ready to lead initiatives that empower sales teams. Your background includes designing and implementing training programs that enhance team performance and productivity, ensuring that sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of projects from inception to execution. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, to align on goals and strategies. You are passionate about developing high-performing teams and have a knack for localizing global content to meet the specific needs of your audience.
Desirable
Experience in enterprise sales or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based security solutions. You may also have a background in instructional design or adult learning principles, which will help you create engaging and effective training materials. A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies will further enhance your ability to drive results in this role.
What you'll do
As the Sales Enablement Lead for LATAM, you will own the enablement strategy for the region, designing and developing programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales teams. You will work closely with LATAM Sales Leadership to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, creating tailored training sessions that address these needs. Your role will involve localizing global content and best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the LATAM market. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of enablement initiatives, using data to refine and improve programs continuously. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be essential to ensure that sales representatives have the latest information and resources at their fingertips. You will lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles and are set up for success from day one. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales teams, encouraging ongoing development and skill enhancement.
