You have a strong background in analytics and sales operations, with experience in driving regional enablement and reporting initiatives. Your expertise in SQL allows you to maintain and develop automations, dashboards, and tools that streamline workflows and improve accuracy. You understand the importance of data in shaping commercial strategies and have a knack for delivering high-impact analyses that support decision-making.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with regional and global teams to ensure accurate ownership and optimized coverage models. Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate the economics and opportunity costs of various programs, helping to drive selection strategies and enhance sales productivity. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of enhancing data systems and automation processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will localize global analytics and reporting initiatives to improve decision-making across the LatAm region. You will partner with various teams to enhance data systems and automation, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and manual efforts are minimized. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic planning and segmentation initiatives, ensuring accurate ownership and optimized coverage models.

You will deliver high-impact analyses and frameworks that support LATAM Delivery Commercial Operations and Commercial teams. Your work will involve sophisticated analyses, scalable reporting, and data tools that enhance forecasting and quota setting. You will act as a key partner to the LatAm DCO Edge team, shaping the future direction and strategy of the Delivery sales organization.
